A simple way to plan quantities, sizes, garments and branding so a team order stays consistent.
Choose the uniform structure first
Decide which roles need the same garments and where different roles genuinely need different clothing. A small, consistent range is easier to reorder and usually looks more professional.
Collect sizes before ordering
Do not guess staff sizes from everyday clothing alone. Garment brands and fits vary. For larger teams, collect sizes against the actual product wherever possible.
Standardise logo positions
Agree which garments carry left-chest embroidery, back print, sleeve branding, names or role text. Repeating the same rules makes future orders much simpler.
Allow for starters and replacements
If staff turnover is regular, choose garments that are likely to remain available and keep a record of colours, product codes and branding positions.
