Information you give us
If you use the contact or quote forms, email us or call us, we may receive information such as your name, company or organisation, email address, telephone number, postcode and the details of your enquiry. We use this information to respond to you, prepare quotes, provide customer service and deal with the request you made.
Website forms are processed through our website hosting and form provider. Please do not include payment-card details, passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information in a website enquiry.
Google Analytics
If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed and interactions with key website features. We use this information to evaluate and improve the website and our marketing performance. We have configured the site so Analytics is not loaded until you accept, Google advertising signals are disabled in the website configuration, and advertising-storage consent remains denied.
We also measure useful website actions such as clicks to the online shop, quote requests, phone and email links, customer-login handoffs and successful website enquiries. We do not deliberately send the contents of enquiry forms, email addresses, telephone numbers or other form-entered personal details to Google Analytics.

These Analytics cookies are not set unless you accept analytics. Browser restrictions may shorten their lifetime. Sharing and service providers
We use service providers where necessary to operate the website, receive website enquiries and, if you consent, provide analytics. These providers process information for the services they supply. The separate DecoNetwork-powered shop handles account, shopping and order information when you move into the shop.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry and customer-service information only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, our business records and any legal or accounting requirements that apply. Google Analytics retention is controlled through the WearYourLogo Analytics property and Google’s service settings.
Your rights
